A graduate of Holland College and the College of the Bahamas, he specializes in gourmet fusion cuisine that highlights local Bahamian seafood and ingredients, with deep cruising experience throughout the Abacos and Exumas. Equally at home plating an elegant tasting menu or a relaxed lunch on the sandbar, Andrew is known for impeccable presentation, thoughtful provisioning, and tailoring every meal to his guests. With more than 15 years at the helm of luxury charter vessels, Captain Ron brings a calm, seasoned hand to every voyage. He has commanded a wide range of yachts—from the 110' Broward Lady Andrea to Lagoon and Sea Ray motor yachts—across charters with operators including The Moorings and Dream Yacht Charters, giving him deep familiarity with both Bahamian and Caribbean waters. A USCG-licensed Master (100-ton), Captain Ron pairs expert seamanship in navigation, route planning, and anchoring with a genuine commitment to guest experience. His mechanical engineering background means he understands his vessels inside and out, keeping every system running smoothly so guests can simply relax and enjoy the water. Above all, he's known for his attentive, easygoing hospitality and an unwavering focus on safety—ensuring every passage is as comfortable as it is memorable. Based in Nassau, Captain Ron is happiest sharing the islands he knows best with the guests aboard.
